General Questions

We provide support from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. EST. Depending on our support team’s availability, support may be provided outside of these hours.
If you place an order from Modern Hosting and find that you are not completely satisfied, you can request an immediate cancellation and full refund within 48 hours.
If an invoice is not paid, after the second reminder, your server will be automatically suspended. After 1 week, your server files will be removed. As long as you make a payment during the suspension period, your server will be restored, but no data can be recovered after the termination date.
Modern Hosting provides a 99.95% SLA on all servers. More details about this agreement can be found in the Terms of Service.
Modern Hosting offers protection up to 1 TB/s on all of our servers.

Modern Hosting accepts PayPal and Stripe for processing payments with a debit or credit card.
This process usually takes up to 120 seconds. In some cases, manual setup may be required, which can take up to 24 hours. However, this is usually rare, and takes considerably less time.
Game Hosting Questions
Modern Hosting provides file access with a web browser or via SFTP to allow flexible configuration. Detailed instructions on how to use these methods can be found here.

Modern Hosting backups all server files once a day every 24 hours, and can provide a copy if you request it by contacting us. Manual backups can be performed inside our Game Panel as well.
Modern Hosting provides unlimited, unmetered MySQL® databases for free with all of our plans, subject to our Terms of Service. Each server comes with 10 databaes, but more can be added by contacting support.
Modern Hosting can easily change these aspects of your server, but do keep in mind that your connection information may change. Please contact us for more details on this process.
There is no limit to how many player slots a server can have, but do keep in mind that performance may be affected depending on what you allocate.
Dedicated Hosting Questions
Modern Panel is Modern Hosting's custom game management panel which can be installed onto your dedicated machine when chosen during the order process. It allows you to create, delete and manage the creation of game services on your machine through a support ticket, with the ability to use the normal game panel and it's features like any other client.
All dedicated machines are usually provisioned and delivered within 48 hours of placing your order, but it can take longer based on stock availability.
Please open a support ticket after purchasing a dedicated machine to begin the process.
